Beatriz Romanos is founder of TechFood Magazine, publication specialized in Food Tech and devoted to divulgate the opportunities that innovation, digitalization and technology applied to the whole food chain bring to startups, industry brands, investors and consumers. 
After more than 20 years in HighTech companies, Beatriz Romanos, has developed her career in the recent years as consultant, mentor and advisor with a focus on foodtech, innovation, strategy and marketing.  She has been contributor to innovation projects like Talentum-elBulliLab, Imagine FoodTech BCC, Culinary Action!. She is also collaborator and speaker in national and international forums like Hospitality Innovation Planet, Seeds&Chips, London FoodTech Week, Eat2Go, among others. Beatriz is also mentor at METRO Accelerator Program by Techstars (Hospitality and Retail) and CA!.
